Upon rising in the morning drink 16 oz clean water with the juice from 1⁄2 a lemon.

For the first week drink 2 oz cranberry juice (not cocktail or sugar or other juice blends) with 6 oz of water twice per day.

  • Every hour awake drink 8oz of clean water.
  • Eat all the fresh vegetables you like.
  • Eat all the fresh fruit you like.
  • Limit meat intake.
  • Avoid processed foods.
  • Increase: Grape seed extract, Vitamin C, Green Tea extract,
  • Magnesium, Zinc, Calcium, and Vitamin D3

There are also detox kits available at some local health food stores to help you clean the nicotine out of your system very efficiently!

Before you leave, you will be asked if you would like to incorporate a wellness plan to assist you outside of your treatment. Ice and Heat application may be recommended if you have been experiencing pain prior to your first visit. Certain stretches may be recommended and certain activities or positions to avoid will be identified. If you would like, we can also assist you with creating healthy habits and routines in your lifestyle to assist you with maintaining good spinal alignment, exercise, and diet, and to help you maintain a positive mental state. Every person is unique, requiring a custom wellness plan specifically for you.
